Thetis 2086 – VR Album Release Event
Exclusively in VR: come and immerse yourself in the world of Thetis 2086 through a never-been-done-before virtual reality album release event, courtesy of the brilliant creator at AltspaceVR.
There are two parts to this event - First, Carolina will give a short presentation on the story behind 'Thetis 2086': she will speak about her inspirations, process, and goals with this new album. Next, you will be able to immerse yourselves in a self-guided tour through the virtual world created for the album by José Ferrer. As the tracks play, you will be able to experience each of their unique visual environments as if you were on the journey of the very space traveler that the story of 'Thetis 2086' is based on. Explore a lava cave as you listen to 'Magma Chamber', shoot through space in a rocket as you hear 'Return to Thetis 2086', and much more.
This VR world has been created so that everyone can enjoy the music while being within the audiovisual spaces that Carolina was imagining when she dreamed up this album.

VR Album Release Event Invitation
Setup instructions:
To prepare for the event, there are a few quick things to take care of beforehand: first, download and install the AltspaceVR application. The application has an optional tutorial to walk you through some basics, so checking that out is really helpful if you’re confused about how to operate the system. Additionally, you’ll need to have a Microsoft account to sign into AltspaceVR.
With those things in place, RSVP to the event and you will receive a reminder email and access to the event.
